🛑 How We Deliver (Fast & Discreet!)

• Please meet the driver at their vehicle when they arrive. For late-night deliveries, our drivers won’t be knocking on doors. If you live in an apartment security can be pretty strict, and hotels definitely won’t let us sneak up to your room (trust us, we’ve tried!).

• If for any reason you cannot meet the driver, or if you request the package be left without face-to-face delivery, HotMe.ca cannot be held responsible for your goodies once they’re left behind. Skipping face-to-face delivery is like sending your treasures on their own little adventure—logic says: meet the driver!

• If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you when the driver arrives, we may need to return your items to our facility for a second delivery attempt, which will incur an additional fee of approximately $50.00.

Want to pick up instead? Choose pickup at checkout and save 20% when you come to our location. We accept cash, debit, or credit at pickup. Please place your order first, and we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
